Beginners Cupcake Class

5hr Class - 10am-3pm
Learn the secrets behind the "Perfect flat cupcake" and the perfect "cupcake swirl" looking at different types of buttercream and frostings, and the use of florist paste for mould decorating. You will take home 6 perfectly decorated cupcakes.

OUR SPACE

My studio is situated in the beautiful area of Kingshill which is situated just outside of Maidstone Kent. The studio is a beautiful converted garage, full of quirky and fun artifacts (based on a jungle theme) the studio comes fully equipted with a "Double oven" "Microwave" Full-Air-conditioning, many "Plug points" and a many more features.

I decided to build the cake studio in the hope that I can make "Wedding Cakes" and "Teach" cake making and baking skills on a full-time basis. I am really confident that Bride and Grooms will love this space for their wedding cake consultations, so they can actually see my examples of my work, and where they can come and sample my delicious wedding cake samples.

I am also looking forward to being able to teach my students and range of ""Cake making Skills" "Bread Making Skills" and "Confectionary and Pattisserie" skills. I am also looking forward to teaching students who attend my "Cake Minds" classes, this will hopefully be their little piece of normality for a couple of hours per month, and with the added bonus of learning a new skill.
